As an italian born and raised and still unfortunately here i conferm everything (maybe not the "people are unwilling to change" example on restaurants but in other contexts that sentence is actually true😂)

Had recently visited Italy( Verona, Florence, arezzo and pisa ) and I was just disappointed with the services and experiences it’s no where near they Italy glorified… I’m still holding my hope high for Next visit to other cities of Italy hope my feelings will get better
