It's 2024 and what you described didn't show but, once the right click extension was enabled, all I had to do was just Save Video As and it worked. None of that Inspect and find all of that stuff. So, it is easier than you made it out to be. Thank you for introducing me to that extension. Blessings.

This is a lengthy procedure and too technical. Here is a shortcut. After enabling the "right-click" option, right-click on the desired video and click the "Save video as..." option to download the video.

One need not install any extension for this. Just press fn+f12 or simply f12 and you would get to inspect element. Thereafter, one can make the necessary changes as suggested in the video.

nice intructions thanks gave me an idea how to do it though I am surprised that Zoom has not encrypted and broken into pieces like other videos website. Where it does not load a video but only a playlist that keeps loading 1000 500kb files one after the other for a 500mb video. BTW You don't need to install any extension you can just press F12 or go to the 3 dots in chrome and then got to more tools and select inspect. Also no need to do the HTML edit if you right click on the link you can open it in a new window it might load only as a video you can right click on it and download.

Firefox allows right clicking without extensions. Just hold shift and right click. Also, you can open up inspect (developer tools) in other ways, such as pressing F12.

Hello, Does the zoom video host get notified in any way? It is a class I paid for, they require a password, which I have, but I am worried they will know I downloaded it. I want a method in which they won't be notified.

Worked up until I needed to right click on the "click me" part. Even with the chrome extension I couldn't right click it :(

So I get a 403 error - I believe if the owner disables downloading you can’t do it..

Does not work with audio only Zoom link...if you have a solution, anyone, you're welcome. Thanks for your help.

yeah it worked on Windows 10 too

after installing the extension.. simply right click on the video.. save the video. simple

Once you activate the right clic, you don't need the rest. You can just right click the video and save it.

I had the same problem. Go under Hit Enter to add a new line and follow his instructions from there. Works great! Can be done anywhere inside Body just stay out of existing "sub-tags".
