You may need to reinstall your cad

If you have to reinstall, use iobit uninstaller to make sure you clear every residual autocad file, then try again, also try it on a different system.

Probably you need to turn on some windows features, and also ensure you downloaded the file without any antivirus or firewall blocking or deleting parts of it.

you just have to install CAD2023 for installing(YQARCH), than just delete(CAD2023), this method is worked for me i think works for you as well, thank me later😊
