Still don't qualify... and I think there is a 60 days cooldown to be able to subscribe again

You must mention that: This will work only if you are a developer and do a valid activity. If you're using your subscription to develop custom solutions, your subscription will expire after 90 days and your files saved on the cloud will be deleted. The products too will be deactivated. I have experienced it. 4 months ago too I had raised this issue, but none responded. Please do not install unless you are sure of regular developer activity.
