that is usually created by yourself, e.g., in google earth or any qgis software. If you don't have that, you can also draw it on the download page, it usually provides this option.

You can get Area of Interest (AOI) from shapefile of your study area or you can make from google earth. You may check my other videos. Hope you will learn easily.
