Looking for a new set up...wondering if anyone can help ..down hill stability is big...ideas on decks wheels etc...haven't bought a new set up in like 15 yrs...and the games changed hella overwhelming

Surely figuring out a lowball cheapshot way to write a fine for riding a thing with 4 wheels on a road made for a thing with 4 wheels.
