I hope I'm not the only one, but I fall asleep to these Documentaries, and as @HafidhRashid-tk3ri posted, this narrators voice is very relaxing and puts me right to 😴 😴😴😴

The old bosses just got way too sloppy and arrogant, talking openly about murder and other crimes, meeting openly with each other where they could be photographed, etc. Only Gambino and Gigante were smart enough never to get recorded blabbing like they got Corallo and Salerno. They eventually got Gigante but it took a lot of effort, while Gambino died peacefully at home.
