Wouldn't work. They both drink too much. The beauty of MSSP is thar Matt doesn't drink much and the beauty of Tuesdays is that List doesn't drink at all. The contrast is what makes it wonderful. Too many drinkers on one podcast can be annoying even if they're not drinking.

The borders to this country should have been closed January 1950. This country figured out capitalism and socialism at a proper percentage to each other. It's the inclusion of those outsiders that let capitalism run amuck. The communism those countries siffered was really capitalism out of control. The reason the people were convinced it was communism was so they wouldn't ript against those who had. The real and unfortunate truth is people can be sold on ideas. People want to believe in something and people are inherently lazy brings that don't want to put in the time to make sure that what they are being sold on is actually happening.

I don't think most people have a reference point for end stage capitalism either... Although I guess when you have a 100 million dollars it doesn't matter.

OOF. The Oakridge fire scares me a little. People don't realize how good Nuclear power could be. The reason we have problems in these nuke plants is because they were built almost 100 years ago, not much has changed, a lot of them don't get maintenance. Oak ridge was 1 of the 3 original plants created during the Manhattan Project. ITs old old old. WE had one in New York that leaked in the 80s i think, because it never got maintenance and was old as hell. Nuclear power could be the future and the answer if we took proper care and responsibility for the plants that exist.
