I love the dynamic of the relationship there’s no resentment or shame. In my family there would be so much negativity I’m glad I witness this

My priest talks about the days when both parents used to be stay-at-home, live close to the family-run business (shoe-making, baking, tailoring, cheesemaking, balcksmithing, whatever). This arrangement was common in preindustrial cultures and meant that both mom and dad could be around for the kids that were at home or when they got back from school. Often kids learned alongside their parents and with the neighboring families. All that to say...stay at home dads are an ancient and respectable tradition. May there be more of them.

This is what I got from this video. 1. Christine is an amazing woman, because she’s finally found her passion later on in life and she’s clearly doing an amazing job. 2. I’ve always been apprehensive about the gender swap. However, I will say this, I’ve been schooled and I’m definitely impressed by John and his wife (can’t remember her name). 3. I’m so impressed of this dynamic and it really seems like Christine could be John’s mother and I love that. 4. Lastly, I love this series a little too much for someone who has a high probability for being infertile and might not want children.

A very beautiful family. The Dad is especially sweet and seems very well suited for his role in the family. Thanks for the diversity in the series too
