Yes when Iistening to discussions where truth doesn't matter and even the moderators are woefully ignorant or blinded by bias I too reach out to Douglas Murray for sanity. But ultimately my faith in Christ as being who He said He was, is my mainstay and hope. But a truthful and incisive human voice such as Murray's also helps.

This is the Satanic spirit of the age that is beguiling the world against the truth (1Jn.5:19). How interesting that God in his infinite grace chooses to use someone whom the church (and the Ummah) reject for being homosexual (1Cor.1:27-29), and an atheist to boot, to make a strong stand for the truth?! Corporate media yes largely can't be trusted, but neither can the armed forces entirely, who do I militarily trust and why because for as many that would be against what Douglas says there will be as many that support what he says? As a young man, who also happens to be gay and searching for role models, Douglas is a bit of a hero to me. I already really liked the way he speaks, debates, and stands up for sanity and fairness in the world. Then I find out that he’s also gay, which was huge to me because I don’t see a lot of gay men in the world today that I would actually want to grow up to be like one day. But Douglas sets a standard to aim for. He’s not a criminal, not a sell out, not a liar, not a PC brainwashed idiot, not a shallow celebrity. Thanks for what you do Douglas

That's not his role, and, what's more, I don't think he wants it - at least he said so on multiple occasions. He makes more impact with his words, eloquently expressed positions he holds, than he'd (most likely) do dealing with mundane tasks of a politician. As the saying goes, the world needs poets* too. That said, politicians - Tories especially - would do themselves a favour if they listened more, much more, to what he has to say. *applies to authors of all forms, not just poetry.

That with the Talmudic tradition of debate and analysis and emphasis on learning is why I think Jews have contributed so much. OH YEA! Also the Jews dont have post-Hebrew Bible texts like Islam and Christianity does. All they have is that HORRIFYING, barbaric, violent Old testament, with its mean, evil actually, Yaweh. It’s one of the reasons I think Jews are so secular is because there Holy text is so horrifying and disgusting and doesn’t have the Jesus character and New testament which Christians can cling too. I see Palestinian children in the media running around with their little toy (maybe not?) machine guns celebrating every attack on Israel. Channels on here like the Hill defending Hamas at every turn, that horrible Brianna woman gloating over a NYT piece on the sexual violence and calling it out as lies. LIES? So all those women that were livestreamed at the time being brutalized were actresses? the perpetrators that were caught and confessed were either forced to lie or were also actors? NO! Dubliners draping Palestinian flags over O'Connell bridge are insane. Thank goodness one Irish girl filmed herself throwing it in the bin, saying 'Not in Ireland, not in my country', and refused to pollute the Liffey by throwing it over the bridge. Palestine is not a nation ahead of Israel; it was an occupied region where Arabs and Jews have ALWAYS lived. Then a mass exodus of Jews and a promise from the UN, the same UN who have done nothing but vilify Israel since, created their Sovereign state and the surrounding Arab nations, including the region named Palestine, went nuts.

Look at how the professional victims have done it ---- and do the same. 1) Let the government see the frustrated people in the streets (in sufficient numbers) with placards, let them hear the noise, let them fear your opinions, rather than the bullies' whining. 2) Don't allow the manipulators' wind (undeserved accusations of racism, or whatever slanders are being used) to blow you off course. Easy to say, difficult to do. Easier to do for those in ready-made hysteria-prone communities full of self-righteous resentment. Easier for those who take contemptuous advantage of British reserve and kindness. However, nothing will change until decent Brits resist and persist en masse. That's when leaders arise.

That was , without a doubt, the best interview to date . I would also like to add that I am studying the way you articulate yourself. It's pure. I spent around ten years studying unarmed combat around the world and returned home from beautiful Israel in 2019, when my training came to an abrupt end due to the covid madness I am now using your interviews to study how to articulate myself in what I believe to be the best possible way. Amazing and inspirational. Keep going

My good sure you must watch videos of Christopher Hitchens. Watch his debates about Islam. Read his book “Letter to a young contrarian”. I can send you links. Hitchens was one of Douglas’s hero’s btw. He’s even better than Douglas at speaking and arguing.

Hearing Douglas Murray's admiration for the State of Israel and its citizens warms the heart. Our enemies do not understand that we are one family, for 2000 years the Jews even though we were scattered in the world, we were persecuted, murdered, deported we still maintained contact with the other communities in the world. In Israel you will always know someone who knows someone and that's how in the end you realize that you are 7th degree relatives. That is why October 7th was so traumatic, there is no person who did not know someone who was murdered or injured/kidnapped. There is no family whose son or daughter was not killed in battles. In the end we all realize that we only have one land, which is the land of our ancestors, which is the land to which we are connected whether we like it or not. that our history is woven into every grain of sand and that is what strengthens us. What keeps us going is humanity and compassion and therefore our enemies will lose.
