I haven't seen more nonsense! I would never fund this idea, like Arts Council England, 1 - give money to light a piano in the field 2 - to pollute the air 3 - all day to be lost in futility If you want to make some movie, just for the ides, there is already 3D programs, that you can make the same, but without to waste the nature, the piano, and the air!

Having documented this action properly as a video installation affects and inspires ten thousends of people all over the world. Totally worth it. Culture is a sacrifice in itself. Consider the often easily skippable airtraffic first instead of a state of the art performance that stays relevant for over a decade. Also, the money that goes into subsidizing aircrafts is of such an enormous amount, the budget of this performance really is nothing compared to that.
