thats most top fighters if you get a chance to talk to them as well. I even became a much kindner person once I trained MMA. Despite the feminists and their kick back on public school PT programs, working out ans combat training does build confidence. When you have confidence you dont try to peacock people.

I don't know anything about fighting with knives or fighting in general but I loved this video. We can easily see how repetition improves muscle memory, and by training in a safe environment, where you know the other guy isn't trying to kiil you, you are free to focus on the technique behind the movements. I personally would love to see more of this type of content. Thanks Doug and Brandon.

I've had the honor of working and training with Ray Dionaldo, but I would love to have a chance to train with Doug as well. Right about the time Doug points out to use the back of the arm, I was commenting to myself about that. Another good reason to use the back of your arm to block / check is that the inside of your arm has critical tendons and arteries that you want to protect. Ray wears a bracer to provide additional protection for that reason as well. Awesome training.

This is good training. I trained in Pekiti Tersia Kali with an instructor under Grand Tuhon Leo Gaje, and Dan Inosanto, and this looks very much like what we did. I have also tested what I trained at an open Dog Brothers “Gathering of the Pack” doing full contact stick fights, and contact with trainer blades- and this stuff WORKS under pressure. I’ve also had occasion to do it for real- and I obviously lived to tell about it otherwise you wouldn’t be reading this. 😂
