Allah Almighty grant you complete shifa Ameen Recite a small darood once before and once after this wazifa for mental illness(small darood صلى الله عليه وسلم, sallala ho alaihi wasallam) Then recite 60 times لا حول و لا قوة الا بالله العلي العظيم..La hawla wa la quwwata illa billa hil alliyyil Azeem 1 times Ayutul kursi 1 times Surah Al-Fatihah 3 times Surah Ikhlaas 3 times Surah Al-Falaq 3 times Surah An-naas Blow on water and drink it Also get medicine from docter it will help you in sha Allah and constantly recite throughout the day.. Aamantu billahi wa rasoolihi آمنت بالله و رسوله You shall surely see differance with the Meecy of Allah Almighty.lots duas for you from the bottom of my heart. It can get better if you convince yourself Allah Almighty is the greatest, He is the most powerful.and shaitan only attacks where he sees the person is strong in imaan , strong in his faith and the more you listen to him the more he overtakes your mind..keep ignoring the thought.this is not an easy thing to deal with i know😢..you shall get through this but you have to believe it that these thoughts are from shaitan.he wants to occupy you so much that you forget Allah subhana hu wa ta'aala..constantky remember Allah Almighty,do His zikar constantly. For example if a guest comes to your house and you look after them well then they will not want to leave but if you ignore your guest or don't treat them nicely then they will leave.same way how shaitan puts these stupid thoughts in our head and the more we listen to him, he will not leave but if we ignore him , he shall leave in sha Allah.. i pray it helps you
