I'm going to guess it is a combination of this heat, allergies and the post COVID. Chris and I have also struggled with this! Also, get checked for Lymes!

What you are describing, I’ve been hearing a lot of people on social media recently listing these same types of symptoms. You might want to have it checked at urgent care or MinuteClinic. I’m certainly not a doctor. Have you tried something like Gatorade or Liquid I.V.?

@@AnneAndCamel I can’t do Gatorade or Liquid IV, because of the salty taste. I have another drink mix I do enjoy, but of course it’s at work. I need to bring it back home for sure. I am bad at getting enough water. Thanks for the advice.
