Did you shine the balloons or do they maintain their shine ? Also I bought this air pump that has blown out warm air is that normal or is that the reason it causes them to be smoggy

Here u didn't do anything to make the balloons shinier. If you want you can use hi shine. My balloon pump also having warm air. I didn't notice anything bad bcz of the pump heat

No, el silicón que usan es especial, la pistola tiene opción de baja temperatura, lo que permite pegar los globos sin que exploten
