The greatest event in history every Messenger of Allah was told that the beloved of Allah is coming and they were told too tell there umma of his arrival. This event is known as Milan ul Nabi xxx

Why do they call it haram when the only practices we do is coming together, reading Quran for the glorification of Allah SWT and reciting durood and poetry, that expresses our love for RasoolAllah SAW. I believe the Sahaba did not do it because everyday was a celebration to be in the company of Allah SWT’s Habib. We do not worship any except for Allah SWT and express our great fullness for the gift Allah SWT sent for us, who is Rahmatun lilalameen. And some say we celebrate the passing away, and forget this is the day that Allah SWT’s Habib returned to him. What is more beautiful than reuniting with your love. May Allah SWT guide all Muslims, may we gain sight of our true enemies and Unite for the love of our beloved Prophet Muhammed SAW.

There may be two cakes with beautiful icing on it, both look pleasing to the eye. But one may have hidden within it incorrect intentions and something in it that was not supposed to be in that cake, that can harm you if you eat it. The other was made with an authentic recipie. And will not make you sick.

The argument Ahmed Inthikab has is flase and is very misleading, he is trying to focus on the "talking about the life prophet" being a bidah or not rather than what is actually bidah; observing Mawlid aka the birthday of the prophet (PBUH). Why is Mawlid a bidah? Because irrespective of whatever you are doing there, the main point of mawlid is observing the BIRTHDAY of the PROPHET. Something which the sahabas, the Tabi‘un and the Tabi‘ al-Tabi‘in NEVER DID. That's the issue here because the Prophet said any addition to the religion whether good or bad is a bidah and every bidah leads to being astray. Here is an example to show what Bidah is, lets say group of "scholars" want to observe a specific day each year to commemorate the sacrifices of the sahabas and in that day they want to pray 10 rakas of nafl prayer in a group, do dhikr, and talk about the life of the sahabas. Is praying nafl, doing dhikr, talking about the life of sahabas bidah?? NO! But they have created a ceremonial day for the sahabas and have made a ritual of doing these on that specific day every year AND THIS IS BIDAH, for this is a new addition to islam. For this example, Ahmed Inthikab is arguing that why if he prays 10 rakah nafl is it bidah, not taking in the fact that he has created a new yearly ceremony / ritual to pray that nafl which was never done before is what makes it bidah.

Meelad means a birthday of Prophet..So u understand my brother.

Many people in Africa celebrate mawlid like a cultural thing handed down from generation to generation. Many others have received knowledge and have kept away from it. Let’s tolerate those who want to celebrate this dying tradition.

Well they received those traditions from ulamaas, they received islam from sahabas, in africa for more than 800 years we were celebrating maulid, fasting and celebrate eid together until wahabis came. well all my grad parents celebrated maulid, and many of them were able to recite the kalimah during their dying minutes, they would make dua to Allah s.w and Allah s.w would respond to them in a matter of minutes, now how do you tell me not to follow people I have seen dying while reciting the kalimah.

Meelad is just a social gathering for love of Rasoolullah relating stories from birthday.

don't fool people by ur words we are given quraan and sunnah by Allah so that we are guided by them to straight path .I beg every Muslim to follow quraan and sunnah. don't fall prey to such things. May Allah protect us

Brother #Shaik javeed show a single verse or only one Hadith that it is permissible to celebrate Milad then there will be no contraversay .... And can you tell if we celebrate The Birthday of Prophet Muhammad SAW then what the difference between we people and Christians because Christmas is also birthday celebration of Prophet Hazrat Mussa PBUH

Is there any Hadee's in which any of Sahabas mentioning birthday day of any Sahabi or Prophet? Sahabas knew their nasab but they were not able to give the accurate date of birth of prophet Muhammad Sallahu Alaihi Wasallam. How come it is such important.

Our Prophet (salalahu alaihi wasalam) was born on a Monday. This is confirmed by the many authentic ahadith in bukhari.

Before ppl say this guy is mad etc,Do they actual know what happens at a mawlud un nabi,his 100% if menk lectures than it fine but if others scholars educate and speak about the seerah of Rasool'Allah sawﷺ than it bidah.

First of all it's not called milad. It's called Eid e Milad. So it's wrong in the first place because you are adding an Eid in islam when there are only 2 eids that are allowed. Secondly yes I clearly know what happens in milad. There is cake cutting ceremony, wastage of money on food decorations, saying words like "Ya Rasool Allah madad (help) when help is to be asked from ALLAH only.....stop justifying the bidah.

As long as our act is under the purview of Islamic teachings and sunnah, there isn't any problem. Inshaallah, we should collectively live in unity under islam

There are many imams have said that we should celebrate prophet's birthday.... Why did Khalifa Umar(R.A) say it's a good Bid'a when he performed Tarawih in congregation? So you have to study Islam well.

You don't understand ? Its simple - you have created a new third EID ( Eid Mawlid un Nabi for which you have fixed a date and CELEBRATE every year) which did not exist for the first 500 years of Islam. There are only two Eids in Islam. Your new 3rd eid is an innovation.

In India, mawlid nabi is a public holiday. All the government offices remain closed. We Indian Muslims celebrate the birth of the holy Prophet (SAW), except some hardheaded Wahabis.

Allah is true,Rasool'Allah sawﷺ is true than all u guy that searching for the truth of path contemplate and ask try guidance from Allah...I took should listen to menk but upon asking Allah for guidance I have found that there other pious pressidors that were firm and did everything like Rasool'Allah sawﷺ and those are the ppl we should ff and look to
