Yes they are, but it takes 60-80 layers to make the result worth it. One bad and slow movement and you start again :) (it has already happened to me) Lol Radek

As an artist and someone who has also done many restorations/repairs/remodels, I feel like I don't need to suggest this but it is better to say than not to say. I hope you and your wife use ethical hazardous waste disposal. I live in Indiana, USA and our counties do hazardous waste collections twice a year as well as supply people with new gas cans to ensure the fuel isn't leaking into the air and polluting it. I don't know where you and your lovely family are but I certainly hope you handle your toxic waste as well and with as much care as your very detailed restoration abilities. Thank you for all you do.

Yes, my friend, we have so-called collection yards where hazardous waste is deposited free of charge and disposed of professionally.

Beautiful job as usual! The one I used to use (middle of the last century!) punched two rectangular holes at the top of legal length paper for legal files. Pre-punched paper made it almost obsolete. It was essentially the same machine as yours.

Old-time french polish! Have not seen it since we did it in school woodwork classes in the 60's! What a wonderful look it gives to wood. I use a variation on my lathe word - the Americans call it OB Shine juice. Kind regards.

A lovely restoration job, Radek. It's sad that few such simple items aren't so beautifully made in the modern era. I think the top piece of wood is maybe a later part, not original?

Yes, I think so too. Someone adjusted it to themselves. But it was part of this piece that I got from the client for renovation, so I returned it there. Radek

Really good, you took a piece of old office equipment and turned it into a work of art. I am sure that it looks much better now than it did originally and will look great as a as an antique display item. BTW, do you know how old it is and where it was made?

Для мелких деталей можно сделать как бы песочнную ванну. В банку насыпать абразивный песок, закинуть туда мелкие детали, присобачить на крышку банки болтик и в дрель или в шуруповёрт, и пусть крутиться. Просто и мароки меньше.

Wonderful! Another of your clean and bring back to life videos! Dispersion Glue with the sanding dust to make a perfectly colored filler! Very clever and useful tip for me. Why put tannin in the rust remover?
