Keep your pen at the middle of the fingers and do it slowly.After practicing for weeks you can do it.

And then the pen falls somewhere far from the desk and the silent class doesn't last long

Ok, so i've been trying this now for like 30 minutes. Here's a huge tip that actually helped me. Notice his hand. How still it is. Hardly any wasted movement. It is much easier to mimic that, if you grab your wrist with your left arm, and keep your hand still. I removed a lot of wasted movement by doing this, and the pen simply balanced much easier between the fingers. I can't do it yet, but i'm improving remarkably quick now after holding my hand steady.
