You Should use anti slip pen spinner to fix the Problem. I also faced this problems. But I solved this problem by continuous practice. Keep practicing continuously. After a certain time Your Pen Spinning accuracy will improve and this problem will be fixed.

When I'm spinning it the perm is slowly moving backwards like now I'll start by holding the mid part of pen with my finger but at end my finger will be at end part of pen while spinning itz slowly moving

Bro..change your spinner...use anti-slip pen spinner. practice more to master this tricks, after that you can do it with any spinner.
