Double Baked Chocolate Crumpets

Indulge your sweet tooth with our Double Baked Chocolate Crumpets! These fluffy delights take your favorite breakfast treat to the next level, as rich chocolatey goodness meets a crispy exterior in every bite.

Total time: 25 mins
Ingredients
• 10g chocolate whey / pea protein powder
• 2 crumpets
• 1egg
• 1 egg white
• 3 tbsp almond milk
• 10g dark chocolate
• 1 tbsp sugar free syrup
• 30g cherries
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180c.
2. Cut crumpets in half and stack in an oven proof dish.
3. Mix eggs, milk and protein powder together and pour over the crumpets. 4. Top with cherries and dark chocolate.
5. Place into oven for 15-18 minutes.
6. Top with sugar free syrup and eat straight away.
