I spent a week here in December 2021, and must say it's one of the best furnished apartments I've been too in dla and yde. I paid 35k for a studio the discount mentioned did not apply, think it's new. It's quite classic and price wise it's far cheaper than others lesser quality. I was also impressed with their customer service, parking is in the basement, 24hr security, 24hr customer service desk. Great work promoting these places @Chimex

Chimax could you pls do a video about construction cost in Cameroon? It is a hot topic and growing concern lately with exploding material prices.

Chimex, you said in the video you'd put the name of the contractor who designed the place but you did not. And I could barely hear the name when the man mentioned it. Can you share that info with us please? AMAZING PLACE, VERY VERY BEAUTIFUL!!!! Congrats to you Chimex for sharing such nice & clean place but also to the owner for paying close attention to the aesthetics, thereby contributing to the overall beauty of the landscape of the city. Many DO NOT CARE AT ALL about that, unfortunately. Please, share the name of the contractor of this project. And why not you go and see that contractor and make a nice video with him/her. That's what I would do! :) Who knows, that can lead to great contents for you and perhaps a new direction as it pertains to your KZread channel. Many of us from the diaspora LOVE things like that which relates to home building & deco, especially when the video is well made and the sound is clear! I wish you good continuation!!! 👍🏿
