I've been a Christian for 23yrs now...since the age of 22. After all these years contemporary does nothing for me either. I'll take the ole red back hymnal over any of it.. praise the Lord. 🙂

I've came 61 yrs now...too much to lose to turn back now. Love this song...beautiful.

This woman, Dottie Rambo, a great Psalmist. She wrote some of the great hymns. This is one and my favorite: We Shall Behold Him. God bless, Rest In Peace.

I had the privilege of seeing the Rambos in concert decades ago in Pueblo, Colorado. It was Dottie and Buck and Reba. Dottie is tiny . Tiny. She was wearing beautiful high heels. She is pretty so pretty. And kind. Reba is totally beautiful. Tall and humbly elegant. Buck a tall man. When they went on the platform at that church, the power of God moved as I had never felt him. They sang under a GREAT ANOINTING . It was an experience I'll not forget. They arrived in a big beautiful bus. God was surely there.

this is,what,Dottie Rambo was born to do....and she did it..she wrote the words and then she put them in action..A terrific woman

I am from New Zealand but when I lived in Australia, I occasionally heard this song sung by a brother in church, back in 1983, but never knew who wrote it! Praise God.

Dottie has left us a legacy of dynamic gospel songs. Listening to these songs truly gives me a glimpse of the blessed new life that awaits me over yonder. May God’s favor continue to shine on her surviving families. Rest In Peace Dottie!

I have enjoyed Dottie Rambos songs and entertainment. I had a chance to meet her in person, the day before Mother's Day. She visited a church in Granite City, I'll. I've regret I didn't attend the church service. I was sitting taking care of my mother. She is an icon to me.

God I so wish I could have been in that audience to listen to that angelic voice of Dottie's in person. I will always remember the precious gift you gave to the world Mrs Rambo and I pray every day that I meet you in heaven. just as soon as I see Jesus and my many loved ones over there I'm going looking for you.
