You can search 'smoke' in the market with 'include description' checked. There are many on sale. Those price peaks in the history are usually the smoke variant (about $80 rn).
Can I ask? If you buy the dragon skin of CM persona, you Will have the persona and the skin right?

There is a chance when you open treasures (1:300 in frostivus, I would assume the same chance here), you get an unusual copy and it would one of these three variants. Or you can get them from market.
