Potency ia min conc.of drug which required to show certain effect in body and it has nothing to do with Ed50! Ed50 is relative term to compare potency of any drug with other drug as absolute derminationation of poteny isn't possible sometimes! So it's completely wrong here to say that drug wouldn't show it's response below Ed50,it will show though! 🙏🙏🙏
