When the key badge stays green, is that telling the door to open?

Yes…a constant green light on a fob/card reader is generally a sign that the card reader is sending a continuous activation signal to the control. This could also happen with transmitters and switches that malfunction on handicap push pads which also will keep the SX panels from closing.

I have an automatic sliding door it works perfectly but it has a popping sound when it opens and close so how to fix it or what is the problem if you have an idea.

Not sure. Every scenario is different. I think the popping sound might be the lock latching? If you open up the header, try to find what is making the popping sound.

The motion sensor has an obstruction or may be defective. They try to close and sense something then open

Yes, or there might be a motion sensor that is doing that as well. But generally green means that the system is unlocked
