Hello everyone!! Happy July! :)
I am officially back in the United States after a super fun trip to Europe! What a great way to kick off summer vacation!
I got super nostalgic editing this video. I filmed it about a month and a half ago but I've just been waiting for the right time to upload it LOL. I think I actually sort of miss living in the dorms... who would've thought?!?
I hope you all liked my dorm! I spent soooo many hours before I moved in searching Pinterest for inspiration! I may have a bit of a Pinterest obsession... HAHAHA

I lived in your exact room 45 years ago! Met my wife in that tv room one week into freshman year 1976, married her one week after we graduated.

Very cool! What room was that on A2? I was in A-315 10 years after you in 85-86!

@@toddbefield1100 Hi Todd. If my memory is right it was A231. It was at the back of the hall (back then we called that part of the hall “the cave”. It was the second door from the end on the right. The last door was a single room, usually a grad student was there. Fun times!!!!!

!!!! is there any where in lothian that you’d possibly be able to wash dishes ? i seen there’s a area in pentland but i’m not sure about lothian

No, the washer/dryer only takes debit cards! Good luck with your first year!! You will love it!
how do you hang up your dry erase board? or do u have any tips on hanging the stuff on your walls?

I used command strips! I used the strip kind made specifically for hanging pictures/posters for the whiteboard!
What stabilizer do you use to film? I'm hoping to film my freshman year at ucr!

At UCR, not really, but it's really up to you! They have some built into the desks but the lighting is kinda harsh
Does anyone know if any of the dorms have AC??

All of the dorms have AC, but as far as I know, the only one you can control the temp in is Pentland!
i only eat at lothian because im a graduate student and going to AI makes me feel like and old man amount toddlers
