Great recipe…looks delish. I’ve been making a similar version of fried chicken for decades. I cut up 1 chicken into 8 pieces, coat the chicken parts with mayo, and then i coat the chicken with crumbled up kelloggs corn flakes…and i bake in the oven on 350° ‘til chicken reaches internal temp of 165°. Approximately 45 min.

Watched for year's miss grandpa.
