Quitting alcohol has truly been life changing for me this year

I quit in October and it really makes a difference. The key thing for me was finding a cure for boredom, and luckily I finally found that. I remember Wendy Williams saying "I'm Bored! I've always been bored." 😢 Boredom is a huge part of the problem.

@@benbelzer8303 YES I took a radical approach (for me) given I was isolating a bit which was adding to the anxiety and depression the alcohol was making worse I tried to lean into community by volunteering and being more intentional about spending time with friends & exploring artistic hobbies.. I’m at the point I can go out without drinking although I don’t have the 10th wind that keeps you going so I’m in bed early, but I’m able to hit the gym in the morming!
No alcohol for a while due to medications for a chronic conditions. Really huge impact on my morning mental health.

I disagree. Mo and Kyle were couple goals. I like them as a couple. Dorit and her husband. I never like as a couple. Dorit only married him for the money because he no Mo. I’m surprised Mo and Kyle broke up. They were like Joe and Melissa. I never saw that coming. But Dorit marriage I’m surprised it lasted this long. Dorit who I like can do better than that pig husband of hers.
