Nah bro you are exactly right, theres more to life out here than just grinding in the gym. I know what its like to just be grinding for two years straight, eating clean everyday, passing up opportunities to hang out with friends because you’re afraid to mess up on the diet. To me its not worth living that life u less the goal is ifbb pro lol ,much happier now living a balanced life enjoying foods in moderation and working out a few times a week. For me personally. Its respectable to be in the grind culture but not if its making you unhappy.
