Bragging about working 80, 90, 100 hours in a week doesn't really fly when you drive for a living. There is a reason even amazon has rules about that. I mean, maybe its one of those things. Have you ever worked so much overtime your check was bigger than your supervisors, and they don't like it. They should be praising your dedication, but they're just jealous because you make them look bad. Maybe its one of those kinda things. I really hope you start dashing again since you are the reason i started. Seriously try to reach out to "support", i dont know if you have already. Anyway, best regards. Watching & supporting 😾✌️

Read through the comments and it seems like a glitch. They recommend uninstall, reinstall the app, change password. Etc. I didn't know there were so many deleted accounts. Why couldn't they verify your identity? I'm surprised you haven't been able to get ahold of anyone with support. I've been communicating with them a fair amount already.

They did the same thing in my market. Eliminating the $50 but now they have $2 per delivery on certain days and $1 per delivery on other days

Yes, and they say they offer peak pay promotions because they know these orders less frequently receive tips, but the real reason is because you can run fewer deliveries during peak times due to heavy traffic and restaurants being busy. Today, I waited 40 minutes for a pizza hut order. Now how can i make 2 deliveries per hour under those conditions? And that was the "high pay" $8 order thought it would be good until i stood there for a half hour waiting, the others they tried to send me were like 3 bucks including tips. Its like no I'm pretty sure that doesn't include any tip at all. You know, making the trip out there is worth, time, gas, and 3 dollars? Crazy, i am wondering if a night shift would be better. Oh and maybe i should start the pay by time thing, instead of just doing per offer, but i'm curious what earnings i can make if i get like 40 hours of active time in a week just doing per offer. But these so called promotions aren't worth it, they are just door dashes way of moving their dadhers to busy areas. Also i should have priority access, and not getting it, you know i am supposed to be able to dash anytime, and it won't let me. So i try to schedule in a promotion, right, because its going to be so busy apparently with the peak promotion and all, and end up getting very few orders. why should i waste half an hour on 3 dollars, when I need to try to make 2 deliveries per hour.

My account was just deactivated after I was able to log in, schedule for the next 5 days, accepted an order and BOOM deactivated screen pops up. This is my only income and I have no idea what to do. I’m currently sitting in my car applying everywhere. 😢

Why dont you sue them? Get a lawyer, go to the local news. Screw dootdash. This class action lawsuit could make you and other drivers millions.

Maybe call support before you try the ID submission and tell them what happened last time, so perhaps they'll leave a note in their system saying you called, told them you are about to reactivate, etc., and this might safeguard you if it tries to deactivate you again after ID submission? Any time something weird happens and I'm afraid I might lose my access, I ALWAYS call support and tell them exactly what happened and ask them to leave a note in their system, but that's me. I think it shows that you're a real person who cares about their status and account, and to do that BEFORE you submit your ID might save you... i don't know, worth a shot I guess. GL

How did they get your money? If its already sent to you dadher direct card they can't deactivate the card can they?

Do it just make sure you have their direct deposit into your account going so if they do deactivate you you get your money

That's because the restaurants are too busy, has nothing to do with the driver, or your self proclaimed skill.

I was deactivated early September for failure to identify. Passed 2 background checks and my DL is clean. Still active on Uber eats never had a problem. A continuous top dasher with 2.2K orders. I have had absolutely no luck or help from support. Even filed for a conference.. why am I being treated like this? Literally a top dasher for over a year straight. I put my info into login and it just stays on the login page. Beyond frustrated.

I’m new dasher myself, dash for 2 days and got deactivated for low completion rating and my rating is 100 % . Called support and no help either

I would say go for it. Your home and I think they thought it was a fraud thing since you tried to re open it in another state the original account. This time your home and you have your state license so hey why not give it a shot.

Well try it and maybe if they deactivate it they'll turn the other one on and you can get your money.

That’s what I was going to say. Because when he tried to do it in Washington they said well your originally from Arizona and now trying to do it in another state and since he didn’t have a Washington state license they thought it was fraud and shut it down.

@@dashingbuckeye what happened was he tried to reset up his old account while vacationing in Washington state. Being that he has his Arizona license and tried to do it there they assumed it was fraud. Because it said your not in your home area that your resetting it up in. You can dash anywhere you want to but when they instituted the new biometric stuff like ID scan and such to be able to either continue dashing or set a account they thought he was committing fraud and deactivated his original account again. But with his second account that now he’s home he might be able to get that one back up and running since he’s not in Washington state.

I just read an article this morning about how Doordash controls 65% of the food delivery market. Uber eats 23%. Gonna be better for you to start doing Doordash again if you can. Good luck!

No, there aint no new dasher bonus anymore. Someone said the peak pay promotions replaced that. Aaron doesn't need to cheat the system, you've seen his paydays, and he is the one taking a stand against fraudulent accounts.
