DOOM took almost 2 months. The Witcher 3 takes 4 times as long to platinum. That means 4 times as much footage to go through, 4 times as much writing...it would be monstrous.

I'm really not grasping why you don't have more subs... There's gotta be a tipping point or something. Like one FB/Twitter share away from blowing up. Either way please don't stop the platinum journey videos. I know they probably take a lot of work with writing, creating, editing, and filming on top of actually earning the trophies (the delayed ding when you'd earn them on PS3 was one of my favorite parts lol). Anyways you're a very talented creator man and I very much look forward to the next video. Please keep up the great work

Great job Adam! I was one of the unlucky ones and had one single glitched trophy standing between me and the platinum. Because the game doesn't allow you to play rune challenges via "mission select" without ending your progress for the mission, I had to earn the runes trough the "rune select" in the menu, which for some reason doesn't make the trophy appear (even if I have the "upgrade all runes" trophy ) which means I'll have to start a new save file and go trough the game again

Literally this exact trophy glitch has happened to me, I'm getting all the collectibles and challenges through mission select and I'm going to have to start a whole new playthrough! Pretty annoying. Hope you got the plat in the end

@@riaghan yes, I got it the next day! Since I only needed all runes, the last levels(that don't contain runes) were not needed, which cut down on the time. Plus the game is fun anyway. Don't give up, you're close to achieving that plat!

Hey man, currently doing my platinum playthrough of doom as we speak. Due to work, I’m having to leave my PS4 on rest mode till I can return to play it. I hope that won’t fuck me over with the glitches and what not. Out of interest how long did it take you to platinum doom ? I assume you literally did it all in 1 sitting ? And are you going to play & platinum the new doom eternal ? On a last note, great work on the video ! Very entertaining! Lucky the trophies didn’t glitch on you. Played through the whole game and missed a bunch of stuff so I basically played through the whole thing again for collectables and didn't get the fucking rune trophy so now I get to play through AGAIN! I love this game, but holy fucking shit.

Pure luck on my part, haha.

About two years ago, I played, and beat this and got ALL the trophies... Except for "Toe Into Madness". Cut to 2 years later, I platinumed Arkham Knight and some of hard DLC trophies and thought "You know what? I can beat Doom!". So I booted it up, died a minute in... Tried it again, and on exactly midnight, got the Platinum... The bane of my existence, defeated!

Normally the game interests me first, then I check out the trophy list. Once I commit to making an episode there is no going back. I'd say I would have given up on a few if it weren't for the camera rolling.

Constant movement during battle. Don't stop except for melee kills, and get moving as soon as the animation if over. I would do a loop of the battlefield, get off a few shots but not quite kill an enemy, loop around again and finish it off.

Your so lucky to have gotten the circle is comple without any probs because damn if u knew all i had to do to get it to pop

How do you get the trophy for publishing a snapmap? I tried today and it said that the doom servers were down (or something like that). Do I need PS+ inorder to do so? Im only that and The UAC away from my first platinum.

Worked fine for me when I did it a few years ago. Haven't tried Doom online since though. Best search online to see if others are having the same problem.

Crash 2 would be the easiest and less frustrating lol

I have two more trophies because one of them had to glitch and that was that data logs went thru every mission to see if I could find them and also do the Ultra Nightmare diff on UAc

how did you get the trophy for 5 published snap map played .. the only one I miss and does not want to jump ... please advice 🙂

From the guide is used: "From the Snapmap Menu, select Newest Maps. This area has a lot of short levels from other trophy hunters and unskilled map makers. Pick any solo-supported map and play it to its completion. Generally speaking they’ll be basic “Kill all the enemies and press a button” maps that shouldn’t take longer than a couple minutes per run. You can also complete this trophy offline by playing the default maps that are included with the game. If you can get online, however, I recommend doing that and playing new maps as stated above, as those will be a lot faster. You have to complete the map for it to count for the trophy. So Deathmatch and other competitive maps won’t count unless you can end the game somehow, which requires other players. The trophy will unlock shortly after you finish the fifth map." Oh buddy, I can't remember. This was a long time ago. Best try using google and seeing if someone asked that in a forum or Reddit.

On xbox got all achievements except the 2 armour piece ones, such a pain in the ass. Love this game tho.

Fun fact: the Shareware trophy is a reference to Doom’s origins. It used to be shareware in the 90s before they realized how easy it was to steal.

Yes, you need PS Plus for multiplayer. Kind of sucks. Miss free PSN from the PS3 days.

open glitch try and apply them doing I did all the ruins and never gave me the trophy so now I have to play through it until I get all the rooms at least won't be too tough because I love doom so

One trophy has glitched for me so far on my journey. The collect all runes one. I have the fully upgrade all runes troph. Guess I'll be going back. Good job it's a great game!

@@witters85 I agree with you. I'm definitely not deleting my "nightmare" difficulty save for doom 2016 where I have 100 percent on everything just so I can get the all runes achievement. I'm at 97% completion for the trophies and it really is just a punch in the gut

Its funny that not a single collectible trophy glitched for me, but then the one about playing five snapmaps did, 2020 and Doom Eternal released, still not fixed.
