+Fabian Oyaga (VenTuPlay) well that and the prohibitively low amount of memory the games took. if I remember right, the original Doom installed off 3 High Density Floppy Discs, or just one for the shareware demo. MP3 and Wav simply wasn't an option for the music.

@@edgemaxxer1573 technically it uses the MUS format but it's (almost) the exact same as midi. pretty sure the only difference it is limited to 9 channels to support OPL2, and obviously the header and the way you parse it is different slightly.

This, Imp's Song and At Doom's Gate are definitive tunes on this game's soundtrack. Very high-energy and enjoyable to listen to whilst mowing down Imps, Cacodemons and the Possessed.

Yeah there's another *new* song that's got the Kitchen Ace structure to it. I'd honestly tell you what one it is but I don't know the name as there hasn't yet been an official release of the OST so we have to keep bloody calling it whatever it's file name is(and there's a lot with the same name lmao) but I know for a fact it's one of the songs that will play once you complete a match of MP.

You can't have a doom wad built on the third level it must be on e1m1 same with doom 2 map01 . So it's either running from evil or at doom's gate (unless it's a wad with many levels)

This is one of the songs i remember the best because i was out of bullets and i didnt know how to finish the mission. True pain.
