    Just as a matter of interest, the Demeter is the ship that Count Dracula takes to get to England in the original Dracula by Bram Stoker. Fun map!

    This was another nice map, I enjoy the nighttime ascetic and good job on obtaining all of the items

    There we go, nice. Another pleasant nighttime map, only a lot more open and scenic than Nightwatch. Barring that one Revenant ambush, it's pretty chill too. I'm just not a fan of perched Revenants at extreme ranges, the texture work is a little spotty at certain points like that second-to-last switch and the "walls with windows" textures on some of the buildings, and that exit section is... to put it politely, underwhelming. Solid B map. And it's the start of an upward slope in quality IMO too, the following maps are even better.

    Very distinctive. Might not necessarily be the best map of the set but it's hard not to remember the nocturnal vibes.

    Pretty cool exploration focused map, it's a bit rough around the edges and may look unpolished in some places but I think the positives of this map outweigh the negatives by a large margin. I liked doomcute and the fact there's some interactive NPCs, combat is hit or miss (that revenant trap is significantly more dangerous than what came before), but still pretty fun and enjoyable imo.

    I can't wait until OpenGL reaches parity with Software. With that uptick in performance, it'd become the ideal way to play! Not gonna lie, the item hunting at the end was kinda painful. 😅 Don't get me wrong, I'm glad you did it. But your spacial awareness was surprisingly low. Maybe Capybara burned you out! Really cool looking map. I liked the bars blocking progression, and the bridges with barriers separated from the body of the bridge, and then the fights across the rooftops worked quite well! But then right at the end, the repeating switch texture got all '94 and the extra step of flipping another switch seemed unnecessary. Not sure what happened to the design at the end, but the rest of the map was nice!

    OpenGL? Eeeeh, maybe. What I really want is for DSDA-Doom to support Vulkan for a rendering API. GZDoom got huge boosts in performance from it, and in case you haven't seen VKDoom, it is a _spectacular_ port.

    Probably less than an actual chaingun would, haha. I think it's constrained to be made from multiple pistol shots in quick succession?

    I thought the beginning of this map is damn cool. But progress is a bit weird, and the farther you get, the more unfinished it looks.

    Basically. This map came in late in the dev cycle and the idea was to sort of finish it post-release...but situations came up and the mapper hasn't had time to return to it since they are leading current projects. It will be finished someday tho.
