While it’s cool that Dan is fine with it, don’t rag on the people who aren’t fine with it. It’s not just silly little songs some people will put their voices to. AI can also use their voices to make it seem like they said some vile things, and I think it’s perfectly reasonable to be worried about that. Like, how would you like it if someone stole your voice, made your voice go on a rant about how much you love Hitler and think he was right, and then posted it all over the internet or something like that? That could be damaging even to nobodies like us, but for these actors with more of a following it could be catastrophic. So just respect people and don’t use their voice for AI stuff if they’re not cool with it.
