    @@chrisherr One thing that has really impressed me is how long that grip crew has been working together. I met Tana and James and Will back in 1997 on a small movie called The Minus Man, when I was like 22 years old. It's not often you see people work together like that for 25+ years.

    That’d be a whole video in itself. But in short he’s extremely professional and well prepared, he has a detailed mental model of what we’re trying to achieve and he knows why we’re trying to do it. He’s always one step ahead of everyone which definitely gets people to bring their A game.

    Sometimes yes, it just depends. If it’s really low angle stuff then usually yes, but eye height normal work I generally do single op
