    does shock loss recover later?

  • @bhrclinic

True shock usually recovers and can take up to 6 months..you can add minoxidil to help it. This is not the same as over harvesting that will not recover.

So the epinefrine and the lidocaine overdose could make shock loss at the donor zone? What about the inflamation, it could induce no hair regrowth in the donor zone after hair transplant? After a 2 or 3 mounths...

@@MGtz-f6q Epinephrine etc reduces blood flow and stops excessive bleeding. The other side is it can cause shock loss. Skin inflammation is usual as the body goes through the healing process but if there are other issues such as psoriasis or skin irregularities then this may also cause growth issues. Usually if suspected we would check prior to surgery and at times via biopsy. Three months is still early for growth and best not to worry too early on and keep in touch with your clinic if you have had surgery so they can guide you.

@@bhrclinic they told me maybe the donor zone is inflamated still, the epinefrine, the trauma, ect, are the cause that I had empty áreas without hair there in my temporal donor zone, even they harvest 30 % of the grafts the doctors told me that, Im one mounth after HT.... Really Idont know if was overharvested or something like shock that some residual follicles are not growing still after the shock cause by extraction, epinefrine, inflamation, etc...
