I found her questions to be pretty insulting. Donny showed a lot of patience and class during this interview. Good for you, Donny!

Wow, I cannot believe her behavior. Donny is a gentleman.

Donny is such a gentleman. his wisdom , good manners and high EQ here(standing for Marie and Michael Jackson)is so impressive and touching. maybe we should say "thank you Sally for your rude questions" to let us know more about Donny's noble integrity.

Donny, please don't ever change!! This world need's more of you💜

Donnie handled this so well! What makes the Osmonds so entertaining, is because they are very talented, and wholesome! Nothing wrong with that at all! 🙏

I got to meet Donny after his show at the flamingo hotel. He is wonderful, he gave me a warm hug and I gave him peacock cufflinks, since he was 🦚 on masked singer. My husband said Donny was a real gentleman.

I have watched Donny and Marie all of my life and followed their families and all of a sudden they stopped but now that they are back , I will start getting busy and follow them again Love ❤ 😍 You Donny and Marie

Wow! I guess it pays to work during the day as I'd never seen this interview. How rude she was in both her comments and her questions. There is a way to pose a question without being so bold/rude. Donny was a class act in how he handled this interview.

I have to totally agree with you Karen. She came in with a preconceived idea and attitude. I never liked her much in the first place and this proved to me why!

That is he IS a class act and for years the press treated the Osmond family very. nasty, and they all handled it with class and strength. They know they are gifted with pure, raw talent. such a beautiful family. - over 50 years in show business, SJR was rude and unprofessional, where is she today? Donny, you are the bomb!!

Still love Donny Osmond today! My teenage crush. Loved Donny on The Masked Singer! Should have won! Love Wendy Down Under in Australia 🐨💗

Sally was so rude, and Downright ignorant to Donny! Donny has always been a class act! and did great in this interview!

Donny and his brothers never got the recognition they deserve. They were all amazing.

I think I've seen this before but not in such great quality. Although Donny's career had some "peaks and valleys", he came back strong in '89. Thanks for sharing this Dave. Have a phenomenal Thursday and stay safe. I look forward to more Osmond "old school awesomeness"...📺💜👓👱‍♀️🧒🧒👶❓🗣

That was a bit brutal I though. Donny handled it well, just because you’re a star does not mean you take abuse like that. I was wincing at the questions she asked. Knowing his history should tell her he’s not going to change his image into some nutcase. And he’s been through the mill, no one gets to live life and by pass the bad times. Well done Donny keeping your composure!

I usually like Sally. She was off here. No respect Donny would have been right to walk off. Such a good guy....America got it wrong. He has always been a super talent. glad he is on top again.

Can anyone tell me why SJR was always picking at him?? She was so patronizing in these interviews! His charm & grace in handling her rude questions as well as his breakout tune steals the show & the spotlight out from under her! Well done Mr Osmond! Btw why in the heck was this song, "Dont Give It Up " never released??! It could have been easily a hit!

I used to like Sally Jessie. Those questions were so horrible. I am surprised he didn't walk away. There is nothing wrong in being good or having a good image.

I was working at the Osmond Studio when Donny went to New York to do little Johnny Jones. My last job was the Osmond Hollidays Special. After that I moved back to Southern California to get a better job. Then everything for the Osmond family bad.

Sally was completely Rude.

What a rude interview. Why does SJR try to goad Donny into being “ bad”. SJR was too boisterous and nosy and loud. She was NOT a lady at all!

I so disagree with Sally... stay true to who you are. There is no such thing as being too goody-two shoes. She is ridiculous.

Donny did a great job with "Give It Up" but I guess it went to DeBarge. That's why it sounds so familiar to me...

Donny's wife Debbie is beautiful..who would has guessed Donny would marry a red head

She is so rude.

This was such a weird interview. I love his clean image personally but I understand that sometimes being wholesome isn't the most lucrative in Hollywood. However, he is tremendously talented along with his entire family. I enjoy watching the the Osmond family. But as teenager I like every other girl my age I was in love with Donny & collected Tiger Beat magazines. But SJR could have been much more polite & professional. Maybe she was nervous.
