You mean with gasoline shortages, the hostages in Iran, the Son of Sam murder spree, and the country still recovering from Watergate? Wouldn't exactly call those memories warm. 😂😂😂 Just kidding. I know exactly how you feel. We were young and oblivious to the problems of the world. Our only concerns were riding our bikes, playing outside, and trading Star Wars cards. I wouldn't trade my 70s childhood for anything. Peace.

When I was small, I ve always waited for closing because there were balloons n balloons falling from the above. I loved those balloons at that time. Still remember now.

The Osmonds made it feel like the world was beautiful and perfect

I can’t remember what I had for breakfast this morning, but I remember every word of that song from when I was little. 😂

It's strange. In this day and age, a lot of people are frightened to wish each other God's blessings. That's what we need more than ever! I appreciate that Donny and Marie sang this every single time they close their song. I appreciate all of you and I wish you all God's blessings XXX Willow

I'm not "afraid" to wish "god's blessings" exactly as much as I'm not afraid of Zeus. Donny & Marie were part of a cult, and though they were good performers, thinking this shit is real is really sad.

Etiam, good 'clean'. This was the time of so-called 'jiggle tv', from such shows as Charlie's Angels, Three's Company (BTW; the network which was considered at this time to have the bawdiest, 'jiggleiest' of showswas ABC - which Also had THIS show. People have seoctive memories.

I soooooooo remember watching this on Friday nights on ABC and being excited that the next day was cartoon Saturday. Captain....Cavemaaaaaaan! And the teen angels! Pretty cool! Now lets say our prayers and go to bed! LOL
