Acts 2:38 is still God's plan of salvation for us today. One way for all people. The Jews, Gentiles, Samaritans, all came the same way. God is not the author of confusion. So he wouldn't set up many ways to be saved. That brings confusion. We have to come the way they came on Pentecost. All salvation scriptures fall under Acts 2:38. For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body. It's a supernatural birth. 2 Corinthians 12:13, For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit. Just saying, I believe can't save you. Scriptures! James 2:14-26, What doth it profit, my brethren, though a man says he hath faith, and have not works? can faith save him? Verse 17, Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone. Don't get Titus 3:5, mixed up with James 2:14-26. Both are right! One is a Work of your own good deeds and one is a Work of your faith. THERE IS NO SINNER'S PRAYER IN THE BIBLE. Some say water and Spirit don't save you.
