Thank you for the video! Do you know if the looping function is able to sync with a drum machine with the midi in? Currently attempting to run a Beatbuddy with the Arena 2000

I have some problems with mine, I've noticed that most people have their donner arena 2000 with 50 built-in presets banks and another 50 customizable bank presets and as for some, like me only received a total of 50 banks only. The 50 banks consist of 36 pre-built banks and as for bank 37-50, it's all empty. Is there a fix to this? Do i need to update the software? Please let me know ;( Ps: i bought mine at my local guitar store near me and as soon as I powered it, I noticed that it has already been updated to ver 1.2.0

The connections go; lead 1: from the guitar to the 'input' on the Arena. lead 2: from the Arena 'L mono' to the guitar input on the amp I hope this helps

It's obviously different for iPhone and Android so I only know the Android method because that's what I have. There's a QR code in the instructions or you can go straight to Google Play. Here's the Google link; play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.rantion.effector.arena2k&hl=en_US

need help, today I wanted to update my Donner Arena 2000, it turned off and now it won't turn on, what should I do?

Turn it off and then turn it on again whilst holding down the main rotary encoder button (the big button by the screen). The unit will then go into update mode again so you can do the update again. This usually sorts it.

is the donner editor compatible with mac sonoma 14.4.1?

Sorry I don't know. . . But you can download the editor for free without a purchase so you can try it before buying the unit. 🤔 You can at least find out if it installs and runs

I follow your instructions step by step but mine still hasn't upgraded the firmware and the donner control still doesn't recognize the arena 2000 says its disconnected

Hello sir. Does it come with 150 presets already for 50 banks or 36 already made presets and from 37 to 50 banks are as empty ? Mine has 36 banks with presets and from 37 to 50 are just empty . But i saw a facebook post that says the device comes with 50 banks with already made banks .

Hi, thank you for your inquiry. Mine has a total of 50 banks, each containing 3 patches (A,B & C). Banks 1 to 36 have presets already in them and 37 to 50 were empty. So mine is the same as yours. I 've now filled banks 47, 48, 49 and 50 because I prefer to use my own sounds. 😊😀

But i saw on a facebook page that someone has posted a list of donner arena presets .from patch number 1 to 50 , saying all of them are from the donner company.. And some have commented saying the device comes with all pre-made presets from patch number 1 to 50 without empty patches... So confusing sir ... Thank you for replying to me. 🙏❤️✝️

Hi GCH i updated mine to version 1.2.0 and ever since when i plug my guitar in i get no sound and no input on it and ive tried reinstalling all the firmware and it seems like nothing works can you help me?

@@MarkleSparlke Yes, I would want it to work as well . . It's probably not this, but check the settings. check the 'system - input' volume is up and check the 'output' is on. I hope it's something simple like this 🤔

I cant seem to get it updated it gets stuck at 10% and it doesn't even go in to update mode

I'd recommend you contact Donners' support. I had to contact them once and they answered pretty quickly 🤔

After updating, has anything changed from before?

There's a list of changes you can click on when you do the update. The update from 1.0.0 to 1.1.0 did lots of changes but the update to 1.2.0 only did a slight update to the loop function. 😊

All I can suggest is to connect it to your computer before turning the Arena on. If this doesn't work contact Donner 🤔

@@guitar-academy its because the driver only support windows 10 , I tryed on a different pc , the software works but not the update that get stuck at 10%
