+ACTUALLYRICH Me too! I can go from listening to Iron Maiden and Metallica... to this. It's beautiful. Also, it's a fact that people who listen to metal music are actually kind of heart, and emotional, so it's no surprise you like this song as much as I do. Beauty is beauty, whether it be in metal music, or soft pop music. This song always reminds me of the beautiful memories I had with my wife...I can't believe she's gone :'(

I remember when this song came out in 1996. I was in junior high school and I would get so excited every time it came on the radio. Finally, I taped it off the radio (thumbs up if you remember what tape cassettes were) and play it to death. Thank you Donna Lewis for making my childhood so wonderful.🙂 Man, I miss the 90s.

Yes! I was in middle school and hated my life, being constantly bullied for being gay. This song would come on the radio in the car on the way to gymnastics practice and I would smile. This song is a good memory among a lot of bad ones! But like who knows how much a difference that moment of being able to smile made in my life?!

I am truly ashamed Donna, I never realised that you like I are, WELSH!! I used to listen to this every morning at 4am driving home from working for Cable & Wireless Plc. Even the M4 motorway Police used to listen to this after pulling me over to ask where I was going at such an early time everyday.

I was deployed to Bosnia in '96 and remember hearing this song. Like so many other songs, I never had a chance to see who the singer was. Today 4/24, I put this sweet voice to an even sweeter face.

These kinds of songs make you feel back going back in time.

One thing i always notice with these music vids is that peoples comments are usually about "missing" the 90's. I miss the inosance and music but that's only about it. all about looking forward now :), with the occational sneeky look back ;).

They're seeing a highly shallow corporate musical environment that makes no secret about being highly shallow and corporate. As in Swifty, Harry, Rihanna, Selena, or Bieb the Dweeb.

It’s amazing how one song can transport you back in time. Summer car rides with Mom, afternoon homework with this song playing on the radio, running around outside with your friends. I so miss the innocence of childhood. Thank you, Donna, because with this song, I can go back to those wonderful times, even if only for a brief moment.

This song was played A LOT on Central Oklahoma radio in 1998 when I was pregnant with my daughter. I love this song and my daughter would kick along with the beat. It still comes on occasionally and my daughter and I crank up the volume! ❤❤

I was but I boy when this song dropped barely roller skating, still a soprano for years to come, and I must say, music from our generation was better. No nostalgia. Just aesthetic good taste.

I heard this first when I was young.. And I 💕 it. Such a perfect song for our post nuptial. I married the man of my dreams with the most unbelievable blue eyes ive ever seen.. Thanks Donna! You're amazing 🌼

miss/mrs Lewis i would like to thank you for this song and the timing of when it came out. My bestfriend turned girlfriend would sing this to me and this song pushed her to open up and tell me she loved me. we both were scared to tell the other. It took this long to listen to it again. she passed away August 27th 1996. This song makes me cry and cheers me up if that makes sense.

Timeless song, people I know born late 90s and early 2000 like this song

I was a teenager when this came out, she rocked my late high school days.

I continue,,,,I push the wrong button. He said Donna conquered the Billboard. I found this song very fascinating. Still.

I was 13 years old and this song was playing in one of my dads lorrys one of the last songs before he sold his business. A company of six lorries pride and joy for me.

As a person who lives for music I always felt certain songs encapsulate a specific decade and for me this is 1 that so sums up the 90,s,, as Donna sung in this very song (a magical time ), Cheers for the memories Donna ,

The 80s and 90s have the best music, did my growing up and maturing during these 2 great decades.

What a great song, timeless!

There’s just something in the way this song builds over the course of 4 minutes. We get these lovely, poetic verses that still retain a sense of melody, the ear candy of the chorus, and that absolute banger of a bridge. The fact that it melts away with a softer chorus is so satisfying after all that. Much more staying power than most other songs that came from this era.

I first heard "I Love u Always Forever" on an episode of "Days of Our Lives". Very happy the producers decided 2 put this in. The episode was, a wedding. This song will live on, Donna. So happy I can hear it again!
