I hope everyone can appreciate how much this means to Donghae. I remember Donghae saying that he hasn't been writing any song at that time when someone asked him if he was because he couldn't find the inspiration to do so. But several months after that, here is this song. He found his inspiration to start writing again and it is God. I hope everyone can simply respect and support him, whether we're worshipping different gods or we have different religions or maybe some of us don't even believe in any god at all. Good job, Donghae! We're so proud of you! If ever you'll release your first solo album full of worship songs, I can guarantee you that I'll be buying that. For now, you did great and I know that sooner or later, your incredible talents will be recognized by a lot of people!

I can’t express how proud I am of this guy. He has been my ultimate bias for more than a decade already and my love for him remain unchanged, instead it has grown stronger each year. And this is one reason why I love him more. He uses his talent not only to make fans happy but also to sing praise to God. I’m happy to have known Donghae in my lifetime. He’s such a precious man. For people who say they wanna unstan him because he is a Christian, I think that’s unfair. He has sung many secular songs and singing one Christian song doesn’t undo the secular songs. Also, you stanning him for music. His personal life should be his own personal walk. How he wants to walk it out is up to him and has no bearings on his music. If you don’t like this song, move along but don’t nullify all the music before that. For Donghae, Christianity was what helped him cope with the loss of his father and the stress of working in this line. He just wants to share his emotions about what kept him going. If we stan someone, we stan beyond religion. My bias is Heechul and he is atheist haha. And I have other singers I enjoy listening to & artistses that I enjoy watching on telly who believe differently that I do, I still respect their artistry and talent. Their faith is none of my business. ^^

Recién conocí a Donghae el año pasado pero cada día aprendo algo de él que hace que lo quiera más. No, no lo deseo ni lo morboseo sino más bien lo veo como una persona de esas únicas que hay que proteger a toda costa, es como un ángel que quieres abrazar y cuidar para que nada malo le pase. Aprendí acerca de su historia, de como su padre murió a menos de un año de su debut y como ha hecho todo por seguir el sueño de él. Como expresa sus sentimientos a flor de piel aunque lo hallen cursi o muy sensible. Como se esfuerza por entretener en los programas de variedades a pesar de que no tenga la confianza y más resulte gracioso por su torpeza que por sus chistes o cuando realmente lo intenta. Como es más que una cara bonita y a pesar de no ser el mejor destaca por su versatilidad en el grupo ya que es un buen vocalista, bailarín, rapero, compositor e incluso actor. Nunca creí conocer a una persona así y pensar que sólo me atrajo por su belleza natural, pero todas esas razones que mencioné antes fue lo que me hicieron quedarme. Aaayyy.... me identifico mucho con tu comentario. Justo así me pasó con Donghae, me llamó la atención visualmente en "One More Time", al ir conociendo la historia de todos los miembros de Suju y de todo lo que han trabajado me hicieron quererlos mucho; pero Donghae me robó un poco más de mi corazón por cómo es, al verlo en los programas de variedad, al ver su documental para Harmony y escuchar su historia, de cierto modo me identifico más con él por como es y por como siempre se muestra preocupado por los demás. Ciertamente es un ángel y un gran ser humano, un artista super talentoso y por eso amo Harmony, él dió todo su amor y dedicación en ella. :´)

Todo eso que dijiste, añadiendo el hecho de que tiene una labia impresionante, que es valiente y de fuertes principios. Sorprendentemente, le veo más como una persona dominante que es calmada y que sabe usar su torpeza para no generar incomodidad. Una vez declaró que al menos si actuaba lindo (en lugar de quedarse serio, lo cual es más su reflejo natural xd) al menos la gente se reía. Creo que es un introvertido de aquellos. Regardless of everyone's beliefs, I hope people will still come to support Donghae and his solo debut. He is such a wondeful and talented human being. I have a complicated relationship with my Catholic upbringing and have only admitted to myself recently that I moreso am Agnostic, but I still love this song and appreciate the subject matter. I appreciate and admire Donghae so much. This was such a beautiful debut 💙

The good news: Donghae poured his heart & soul into this piece and that comes through. It’s beautifully done and very telling of who he is. This is a huge risk for him and he dropped it anyway. Definitely unexpected, but it was only a matter of time before he did something so big, his talents and ability as a solo artist will surely, and will finally be, acknowledged and recognized. ♥️ The bad news is that so called fans will be disappointed in him, unable to appreciate not only what this means to him both personally and professionally; nor will they be able to appreciate this beautiful piece of music. Totally agree with the "good" news. Don't understand why you would say that about "so called fans" and throw out a negative. If some people don't understand or appreciate his music, then they don't. Donghae, nos regalaste la versión en vivo de "Harmony", pero eso no significa que deje de escuchar la versión original que es la que me ha acompañado en momentos buenos para agradecer a Dios y en los momentos malos para sentirme mejor. Acabo de ver, en el canal de Siwon , la balada preciosa de "She Was Pretty "...la busqué en Spotify y la encontré . "Only You" tiene buen apoyo en ésta plataforma . A hoy 1,708 595. Me hundi en su "hechizo" de voz. Hace años que vi el k-drama y no sabia que él la cantaba.
