    What could Trump testify to that the judge would ever find in favor to him ??? If I owned a company in NY I’d move out of NY.

    It depends what news outlets you are listening to.

    It shouldn't. It should depend on 'how' you listen. Look how many people I lost just then lol. But if you think 'your' media outlets are superior or without agendas or ideology you're as stupid as the people who vote against you without listening too. Ask questions. Show some individuality Or if you don't question you're just being talked at told what and seen as a joke, What do you need to buy now? High tech lazy-boy, a barista, crypto, a new phone, a new car, the latest diet pills zzzzzz Sorry did I interrupt you? Lose concentration? Don't worry not much going on. When your people point at themselves and tell you how great they are for what they are doing for you and your country what do they mean? Or you just go yeah right on back into the herd and don't screw with my cable or internet. That's where all the facts come from.

    No more mainstream news outlet for me. Both sides are a complete disgrace. I'm happy with my lineup of podcasters. Even though they can be biased. At least they show me more than tell me.

    It sounds as if the plaintiff's attorneys were incompetent in their questioning of an uncooperative witness. Or do you believe this was a calculated but completely inept tactic?

    You (and also another lawyer on another channel) referred to the prosecutor's questions as "cross examination." I always thought this was "direct examination" and any follow-up questions from the defendent's lawyers was "cross examination." Can you explain, please? Thanks.

  • @evidenceattrial

    @evidenceattrial

    Great question. I used cross-examination as short hand to describe that the plaintiff could have used leading questions (which is normally on cross-examination). But if a party calls a witness who is adverse or hostile, it can use leading questions - so even though it’s technically ‘direct examination,’ it has the look and feel of a cross-examination.’ I hope this makes sense, but you are correct that the examination was, in fact, a ‘direct examination.’

    @@evidenceattrial I herd this Judge say biased things outside the scope of the case during different interviews for all to hear, he was not hiding it. Doesn't the same rule apply to the Court and this Judge, there is a GAG ordered in place by him, not to talk about the case. It works both ways correct.

    Great Video Dave 👍. I am watching your Evidence video series ( which I downloaded do to poor internet while traveling). Your videos really teaches the difference between direct examination vs cross examination. Really enjoying your course. This course should be required for all beginning and veteran trial practitioners. Can you provide a review of the defense attorney cross of man recently convicted of murdering (contracting kill)his brother in law - the law professor in Florida? Thanks 👍

    I wonder if the State’s Attorney knows this is political and doesn’t like being forced to pursue this case, so they are doing their ETHICAL DUTY to the Constitution rather than corruptly doing the Lawfare bidding of the disgusting Letitia James.

    rock? so how do you consider this is political? when someone commits a crime and FOUND to have committed said crime, they are then charged with or indicted of said crime! now! then they are brought to court to hear those alleged charges against said individual, of which then the judge makes a decision of weather or not there is enough proof provided by the accuser to hold a trial! the judge sets a date for all the evidence to be heard by the court! now! rock? these charges brought against trump were of trumps alleged crimes he committed BEFORE and DURING his so called presidency! years ago! given the fact that it may take years to gather all the evidence needed to charge a person with a crime that person charged with the crime is depending on the judges orders either remanded to the courts or, GETS LOCKED UP!) or is free to continue on to roam the streets untill set trial date!,, you with me so far rock? okay so then... now the bulk of these said crimes were commited before he ran for president and continued on after he lost the peoples vote!but only won because of 270 votes from our electrates!, he COULD NOT be taken to court and be tried for these crimes while he held the office of presidency! get it rock!!!? so they put his case on the back burner and waited untill he no longer was sitting president before the proceeding to have this case brought to court! he was asked if he wanted the trial to be held for a jury to decide or the courts? he said no jury trial! now rock? up to this point where did it ever become political in your view? he was given due justice as given all defendants per our constitutional rights . now is the chance for you to google how many past crimes he had been charged with how many court cases he sat in how many of those cases was he proven guilty in how much was he fined and so on! which brings up my second question for you why do you say miss james is disgusting? because she never commited any crimes here? nor did the courts or any one else involved with the courts . she is and has and will in fact do her job which is to bring a man to justice.. trump is also quilty! guilty of every charge and in every court in at least 7 states! which is why hes running to be president again! his way of running away from his crimes of which hed be found liable for and pay millions for or having to serve time in state or federal prisons! if he wasnt guilty of amost 100 criminal charges against him involving at least a dozen cases then he would have already stood in fron of his peers and proved he didnt commit any crimes hes been accused of! why do you think he keeps telling you trump followers all these lies involving court members? he illegally and continually keeps breaking the laws by posting false stories about them and whitnesses and the people on the jurys putting their personal phone numbers home addresses places they work in norder to have his followers do his crimes of killing hurting and degrading them which is exactly what he did when he had his idiots like you commit the crimes they enacted at the capital!!! open your eyes you stupid maggot!!! justice is being done against a criminal! for crimes no one EVER has committed against the american citizens and against our judicial system ! ever!!! what makes you think hes above our nations laws? if there was voter fraud against trump then why oh fucking why!? did he not sue every state!!!? he olny sued against 7 states! saying he needed only 11780 votes! which is one more than he needed to win this last election? his words fool!!! then states where he hired people to commit crimes by claiming they were the real counters of the votes!? or will you become not just ignorant of the facts or carry it further and become another stupid follower of the head orange rotten maggott!!!? i used to feel sorry for people like you! felt pity! but now i like the majority of decent citizens who prove without violence! or killing have just given up on you! do his bidding? go to jail! simple as that! every person who has testified against trump has or was a republican trump believer and kissed his ass daily and committed crimes for him daily!!! every court that heard his law suits and proved them unsubstantiated were his appointed judges! every citizen who has shot our children in schools and families in neighborhood, stores theaters bars parties parks and othe public places has been a republican trump follower doing his bidding! every american right taken away from us in the last 7 years was taken from us by republicans! the division we see in this country is caused by trumps maga maggott republican! there you go ! consider yourself schooled!

    @@gregwalker6281 That's a pretty lame copout, you can't even name the supposed facts you claim to have. How this whole debating thing works is you make a claim you have to support it. Preferably with credible sources. If you don't, no one with half a brain will take you seriously. That's on par with: a lot of (unsubstantiated and unquantifiable masses) of people are always saying it, tremendously beautifully BIGLY. The likes of which the world has (ignorantly redundantly) never seen before, BIGLY!
