About 'The Outlaws' (범죄도시)
Jang Chen (Yoon Kye-Sang) came from China and now works as a loan shark in a seedy Chinatown area of Seoul. He's backed up by his bloodthirsty henchmen Wei Sung-Rak (Jin Sun-Kyu) and Yang-Tae (Kim Sung-Kyu). Jang Chen is beyond brutal in his methods to collect money. Meanwhile, Ma Suk-Do (Ma Dong-Seok) is a detective in the Chinatown area of Seoul. He tries to keep the peace, while two Chinese-Korean gangs battle over turf in the neighborhood. Jang Chen makes his move to take over.

dude might get blue screen his entire life.
The casual confidence he brings to that role is fantastic. His utter lack of fear or anger when faced with death take his opponents off guard and makes him utterly terrifying.

I have a friend who's built like Dong-Seok; he's a 6'6 biker and built like a tank. I've been in one bar fight my entire life, and blessed was I that night that my boy was there. He took care of business in 30 seconds. My advice to teens is always be nice to people you go to school with. You never know how swole they'll get when they're older.

Don lee’s movie are so satisfying to watch - not to mention his one punch/slap. His acting is very natural and organic.
His sense of humor is best not finding in hollywood and boollywood truly making korean movies very fun for me ❤

Yes he is an amazing actor - but his breakout role was in Train to Busan. Btw the two sequels to this movie aren't very good.

What an interesting character. he just emanates "Been there, done that." And he is sooo done with everything that he just doesn't care for any posturing. Wierdly, the boss level criminals seem to respect that. Some things are not done, He takes care of that, quickly and efficiently. Everything below that? He doesn't care.
