So banning people with just shared wallets is too low a catch. Nobody even does that What people do is open multiple accounts with different ton wallets on the same device. That is traceable by IP regardless of it being different wallets. Obvious it's the same person.

But someone who has multiple accounts in one phone is taking more of a risk than someone using different phones for each account, and connecting them to one wallet increases the risk again. But in the end, we can't be sure, you can just make one of these choices 1. don't take any risks 2. don't do a highly risky thing like connecting multiple accounts to a single wallet or 3. do every risky thing possible, and hope for the best :) P.s: I think using different phones isn't risky

Not at all. Linking to the same wallet is the bad idea. The bot will know that both of them are the same. So, although you can have multi accounts, you must have different wallets.
