Wow, you are good. I have never tried kiting but have done wave/slalom windsurfing for a long time. What advice do you have to get into kiting? (Florida). Maybe you can do a beginner vid?

well the next thing to do is to rig up a harness that you can sit in, and then tow the kiter behind the dinghy. of course this is a big tourist activity, but it could come in handy to see well ahead or check out some seaside town. It would be fun, and no, you wouldn't want to fall from too high.

That looked great.....Skysails have been developing auto fly kite technology to help supplement shipping propulsion to improve effeciency for quite sometime (on some pretty large vessels), and still remember Waterworlds doomsday depiction. So I would also suggest that even a modest kite might be able to generate enough momentum to get you somewhere, even on Adrenalin ..... say if you were dismasted (god forbid/touch wood). Keep living it up

Triggerfish are really yummy, but they are an index species, so best to keep them in the reefs. Btw I got one of my fins bitten by a titan triggerfish sometime ago - turns out I’d unwittingly approached her nest! I’m not scared of reef sharks or barracuda, but I stay well clear of triggerfish. Great vid, guys!!

HA! so you do have Old Bay!! Nice to see that you are representing Maryland cooking. If you ever get back to MD i recommend to stop by the eastern shore and find some homemade Old Bay. My grandfather made it and its better tasting! He has been gone for decades but we still have a little left from his homemade stock.

How can triggerfish be worst case? They are excellent eating. The flesh is firm The skin is very tough and has to be filleted off. We used to occasionally get them with the porgies in Montauk from August through October.
