Don't worry Lee. You're not the only one. I have the same issue yesterday where a transport staff stop me and accused me of filming his face and everyone else's face when I was just filming the train and a joyride. And I already said to him that I was just filming a joyride and him or other people. Ugh, IDK why are these people taking photography and videography so seriously. 🤦‍♂️

I know I have crazy cosmetology instructors that always yell at me with a big mouth. Guam is one of them and that chamorros need to start lowering their voices down when they talk period, I’m glad I graduated so I can expose the metrology’s of the beauty industry

I get this problem to Lee, sometimes just cause I have my phone they think I'm recording them but I show them I'm just looking up the prices in the store with the app I use or just video chat to make sure I get the right things we need to make to eat. So I know how you feel Lee when someone gets mad for no reason just cause you have the camera on.

I do understand her reaction let me give an example the reason some people act the way she acted in the early 2000s a guy was at a carnival with his kids and he notices a stranger trying to take pictures of his daughter in a not very friendly way he was trying to see the kids underwear well when he saw the stranger doing that he punches the him out and as he was out he checked the strangers ID and guess what? The stranger was an off duty police officer well the stranger was arrested and was fired or suspended I forget wich the child was close to the age London is now its scary that bad choices can ruin things for everybody else Oh the guy was not arrested for knocking the stranger out but it probably makes her scared to go to carnivals after that day How did a guy like that off duty police officer get a job like that only to abuse that trust people try to give police?

There was one time I was on the MTA subway where there are a lot of people who don’t like to be shown on camera. I was on a train, I was only filming the features of the train on the inside, did not intend to film anybody. One person saw me and said “That’s rude”. I was speechless and I felt my heart pounding. The guy may have been in the frame in the camera, but I wasn’t even looking at him through the camera. I don’t like it when people accuse me of something I didn’t intend to do. If the guy just said, “Are you filming me”or “Could you not film me if I’m shown? Being on camera is very uncomfortable for me.” I would’ve stopped recording immediately and respect his opinion. I’m sorry you went through this Lee, the guy I just mentioned did offend me as well, but he was worst than the lady you saw on the cruise ship. People shouldn’t jump to conclusions, and ask what we’re doing before accusing.

I sometimes feel the same way too with certain things to where something gets under my skin as well and I just feel like ranting off about it online, especially on social media, just to let it all out of my system that way. I also sometimes like to talk to someone who I know really well, such as a friend or a family member, and let all of my emotions out too since it helps me feel better afterwards.

2 months ago something happened to me that really bothers me so much. I was accused of being a pervert to kids at the park. I was walking up and down on the field with my music in having a nice sunny weekend until later on this bald man comes up to me & asks me what I’m doing. He started accusing me and threatening me to put me down and phone the police. He kept asking the reason why I was there I was literally on the other side of the field from the play area and he just comes up to me and starts grief. His little boy even told him to stop but he wasn’t having it. It was nonsense coming up to someone I didn’t do anything wrong I don’t understand what’s wrong with people these days. I’ve been through a lot after losing my grandad last year I miss him so much. You just want some downtime & people just have to ruin the fact that they don’t understand other peoples personalities. I said at the end that I would leave & then he swore at me flipped me off aggressively he also asked me if I was on crack that made me feel awkward as I was running away it really scared me when he was saying all those accusations. It’s not ok to come up to someone and start accusing them over nothing they’ve done wrong. People just think they can get away with it and everything’s fine again but really it’s not. That’s my story I was even sat in the playground at the beginning. That’s probably why he did that I really don’t understand. Ever since it’s happened I’ve been looking over my shoulder whist I’m out and thinking when’s somebody else gonna grief me the world is a scary place sometimes you just want a normal life and nothing bad to happen he could of done anything to me so yeah that’s what I have to say.

Someone was doing that around my 2 boys when they were pre-teen. We hanging out by a big public pool. There was a dude & it looked like he was filming my boys who were wearing just trunks. I thought he was a pervert & told him to STOP. It's ok, if you film but you should make sure your filming just your family. My boys didn't like it sometimes because there were all these adults constantly filming with cellphones. There were times i would just take my boys back to my small hometown where's there's privacy & not a lot of people around. My boys liked that much better. I'd do anything to protect my Boys & make sure they are okay, comfortable protected. I grew up in the 80's when there wasn't no cellphones. I'm glad there wasn't. Nowadays they are all over & sometimes it's annoying. Plus people film anything nowadays. My boys used to ask me not to film them sometimes or take pictures as they got older. I obliged & respected their privacy.

I'm with you too Lee. I'm a person who is into filming and I've had the same experience at times like at the church I used to go to where pastors used to tell me their policy since people would overreact about them or their kid's being filmed at certain moments and it wasn't on any signs, it's they're policy due to the world we live in who has made it a bad reputation for everyone else who are innocent. To me I think it's kind of a bunch of crap because this is a free country and we're not up to anything bad towards anyone. There's just a lot of people who don't like to be recorded this day in age where public places are going to have it as a policy we have to respect which I feel the same way when they shut me down. I've also been a youtuber.

This is the best chanle and people ned to just let you do your thing to bring us the best content.

Maybe, some people are just insane and insensitive these days.. that's just a very stupidest dumb thing to get pissed off about, but at the same time they do have a point there since it sounds weird! But the point is, Don't let that bother you lee besides you're always like the best professional vlogger although you could've got yourself a vlogging camera but people like that lady just needs to mind their own business or maybe ask for permission before fliming the kids if I were you.
