Sir ne kha Pasena (sweat) bhahao , usse hmare body ka 30% excrete bhi bahar ajaega aur phir hmara sperm( sex cell) healthy hoga. Pasena bhane se hme koi steroidal medicine ki jarurat nhi hogi. 2) Koi health issue ho toh MBBS doctor ke sath sath ayurvedic doctor ki bhi salah le. 3) most important baat ye ki Sharir majboot hoga toh mansik taqat ka nev banega.
