I don't know why people act like inheritance and legal entitlement to one's parents' benefits or property is something scandalous or something to be stigmatized. An offspring is SUPPOSED to benefit from what a parent (living or deceased) has to offer. In this case, it's especially necessary because the deceased parent of a minor no longer has the income to do their part in caring for the child. The two sisters acted like they stand to lose something personally. They act more like bitter exes who are out for revenge than sisters of the deceased.

If there were and she had any other children entitled to money I’d be sure they got theirs too. You take care of babies you don’t abandon them because your sibling passed.

Not correct to be disrespectful, but definitely to question it. Too many cases of women lying about paternity. So let's not make this about men. Also women know how some women think so it definitely wasn't about a man trying to avoid child support in this case.

So you want to protect your "family name" against a baby that belongs to your brother/son? YOU are the ones tainting the family name, not that baby. Let me guess, you just want his death benefits that rightfully belongs to his daughter for yourselves. That's all I'm getting from this episode. Side note to the grandmother at 8:19, It doesn't take a DNA test for you to be a good Grandparent. If you don't want to be in their lives then just admit it and be done with it, because if that's the case then they are better off without you in their lives anyways. Second side note at 9:58; this one to Michael's sister in blue, most people don't go walking into other people's houses without permission. You might want to get your problem fixed there.

@@jessicathompson236 While what you're saying may be true, it is not a realistic expectation for all good people to be grandparents to any baby on the planet so long as the mother asks them to be. Not being interested in being a grandparent to a child that has no blood relation to you and is not the child/grandchild of a very close family friend, is completely normal. That being said, as far as the sisters' accusations go, it makes zero logical sense to make all of these accusations that she's doing it just for the money, literally less than an hour before you will get told the definitive truth. It's so easy and rational to just say, "if she's my brother's baby I'll be there for you and her, but if not, then I will lose all respect for you and will believe you only did this for the money." Like, you know that if the results show she's not his baby, that she's not getting any benefits, so why get so defensive? I love this show and have been binge watching for a good 3 weeks now but sometimes all this unnecessary and illogical drama makes me think some of these episodes are either intentionally exaggerated or outright fake.

Unnecessary. Seems like it's more out of their dislike of the mother. All they had to do was listen to the results.

My son's father got married when I was 6 months pregnant. I ended up in the psychward for 3 days. The pain is excruciating and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. I felt for her.

It has to be painful. My ex husband married me and then we found out his ex was pregnant, I wanted to make sure she knew her baby would be loved and taken care of. She was so busy beefing with me for "taking her man", when I wasn't to blame at all. I made sure he was at doc appts and at the birth, I made sure he was involved, I called to check on her, etc. I never want a woman to go thru what you went thru. I'm so sorry to hear that.

I really hope that, despite all this, the mom of that baby doesn't let the kid stay alone with the deceased's family. That's a nest of snakes. If they couldn't play nice beforehand and escalated it this far, then what makes you think they'll automatically roll over because of these results? Those two sisters are nothing but a pair of snakes that poisoned the baby's grandma against her. They are fighting and talking about death benefits because they wanted it for themselves.

They needed to apologize to her because they clowned the sh-t out of her.

It's truly a shame for families to go to court and boldly state the father denied the child yet, once paternity is proven positive, they state that baby will know its daddy loved him/her. As long as there is the internet, that child will always know the truth. The truth is the family finally accepted the baby with proof and will love her, (without conditions).

People grieve differently, plus your brother was married to someone else already!!! So how do you think it should take for someone to move on with their life over your deceased brother? And you are a woman. What make you think you are better than her?

When the baby is the twin to the grandmother and Aunties 🤦🏾‍♀️, the other sister's face after the DNA came out. Do they realize they could be in the same predicament as the defendant

I love the grandmother so much. Shes so opened honest and shes the most mature of all the ladies standing there. Im happy for them that they got the closure they needed.

All these cases they be uploading are old. If you click on the channel and go back through the videos you'll see that they are all right there! I don't see the point of them reuploading when they have uploaded them already. It bothers me because if I wanted to rewatch I would just go back through their channel and watch it. I keep getting excited when I see a new upload but it's just old cases.
