Though I wouldn't call this cover boring, to me it definitely is less exciting. Missing the piano, tempo and it is just a bit less upbeat. It's a choice I guess, but I would have preferred them to have gone in a different direction.

@@FluffyAnnoyed no one is going to do Queen like Queen they did it with who they are. I love this band, they've introduced me to so many songs that I wouldn't have otherwise listened to. Now they are introducing their generation to Queen. I was buying albums in 1979 and didn't remember this tune. I'm not arguing with you, just my opinion. I've been an amateur musician all my life afraid to cover a song because I don't sound like the record. Now I know that's not always the point. It took me 50 years to learn that lesson.

I like how this cover has "your touch", everyone are trying to mimic Queen perfectly, where in a cover it's not the goal. Rock' on!

Audra's voice to this song sounded so so good it stands out alot. And she is very beautiful here

What about Foreigner, Toto, Dire Straits, Ramones and Rick Astley

Always loved this song. And then when they used it in Shaun of the Dead it added a whole new level of appreciation for me because I can't hear this song without thinking about that scene. Great cover as always. Shooting this in a roller rink was a really fitting and fun choice. And I especially dug the harmony choice at the end there.

Its not about the xtc, ï just feeling good that i saw my friete. Im dreaming about you in a positive way. I had good news, im in the period of lifetraumas giving a place, its not easy but a paper with emotions on it, make it possible to sing a song to you about my scars, thats the past and now i have to see things from my eye and what will i do with that. So far i become in my 45y of living my life like that and now its time to see what i want and need in the future and thats winning our love song full of special love for each other. Great cover, bringing this old hit to 2023. Very creative with the skating theme, and obviously a lot of work went into it. Absolutely magnificent arrangements by every member of the band. Not sure how confident you all were when you started, but in my books the end result is certainly of great quality.
